We have been working out of Hampstead since 2024. Our own one-line description says it plainly: Lanes Gutters is a company that ensures the quality and professionalism of a well-performed service.
What we do
We specialize in seamless gutters. That work sits alongside the rest of what a roofline needs: gutter installation, cleaning, repair and guards and screens, plus snow guards, lowered gutters and front trim. Commercial jobs are part of it too.

We also work with other trades. A general contractor who has been in construction for more than 20 years reviewed us after we installed new black gutters during a full renovation, and a local roofing company has reviewed us as well.
Who you will meet
Most of our Google reviews name Caio Lanes, and that is no accident. The person who measures your house is usually the person who shows up to do the work, and a customer who calls with a question gets someone who knows the job.

What customers tell us
Reviews are the best description of how we work, so here is what comes up most:
- We show up. "Shows up when they say" is close to a house rule.
- We communicate. One customer got a call from us moving the install up a day because rain was forecast.
- We look further. Customers describe us finding problems they did not know about, and fixing the cause instead of the symptom.
- We leave it clean. Spotless is a word customers use, and we take it seriously.

How a job runs
Most jobs start with a phone call. Tell us your town and what you are seeing, and we will set a time to look at it. We measure the runs, check the fascia and hangers, and give you a written price, so you know what you are paying for before anything starts.
Then we schedule the work and keep you posted. Rain forecasts move jobs around in New Hampshire, and we would rather call you early than leave you guessing. One customer told Google about the time we called to move an install up a day to get ahead of rain.
When the work is done, we clean up before we leave. A good gutter job should leave nothing behind but the gutters.
Homes and commercial buildings
Most people know us for homes, from a single leaking seam to 6-inch gutters on a whole house. We take commercial work as well. One customer had us look at a 30,000 square foot building in Plaistow, gave us the cleaning a week after the estimate, and then asked us back to repair the seams. Another hired us for a 158-foot seamless gutter and front trim on their building. Have a look at our commercial gutters page if that is your situation.
Where we work
Our base is at 25 Glenwood North Rd #16 in Hampstead. We work Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. From there we cover Rockingham County and southern New Hampshire, with towns near Hampstead the easiest to reach. See the full list on our service areas page.

How to check us out
New Hampshire has no state gutter contractor license that we could find, so judge us the way you should judge any contractor. Our Google profile shows 5.0 from 29 reviews as of November 2026, and we have been working since 2024, so the record is young and it is all there to read. Read our reviews, look at how we write up a job, and ask us anything before you decide. Ask any company you are comparing the same questions. You can also find us on Facebook and Instagram.
